All sales are final.

We do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been successfully delivered.

📦 Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:

  • Clear photos of the damaged, defective, or incorrect item

❌ Non-Returnable Items

Since we do not accept returns, the following items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable:

  • Customized or personalized products

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Gift cards

  • Digital products (if applicable)


💳 Refund Policy

Refunds are not provided for orders that have been successfully delivered.

Refund requests will only be considered in exceptional situations, including:

  • The wrong product was shipped and cannot be replaced.

  • The product arrives damaged or defective, and a replacement is unavailable.

  • We are unable to fulfill your order.

If a refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

❌ Order Cancellation

Orders may only be cancelled before they have been processed or shipped.

Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
